• No Alterations: Please do not paint or modify the walls, furniture, or any household items.
• Be Kind and Courteous: Always be mindful of your housemates’ safety and wellbeing. Respectful behavior is essential for a harmonious living environment.
• Keep Your Room Tidy: Please ensure that your personal space is kept clean and orderly.
• Housekeeping and Pest Control: Monthly housekeeping and pest control services are provided for your convenience.
